AccelDocsTM

AccelDocsTM is an application designed to scan, view, link, and integrate consumer and/or employee

document information.  The information can be collected through scanning, PDF files, word documents,

excel files, web documents, and from 3rd parties, such as notice of actions.  Authorized individuals are

able to view and manage documents on a simple screen under the consumer and/or employee name,

number, and/or document type.  AccelDocsTM main feature is the barcode detection and integration system. 

This feature allows you to effectively and efficiently link employee and consumer documents by document

type, with no manual data entry.

AccelDocsTM Options

 

Option One

This system is designed to show you all your consumers/employees and their

documents in a single program.  You will be equipped with the tools to easily

create document barcodes, consumer barcodes, and separator barcodes for

use in recognizing and automatically filing your documents. 

 

Option two

This is ideal for companies already equipped with the scanning device.  AccelDocsTM will link your consumer and/or employee documents that you scan using your existing equipment.

 

 

Option three

Option three is the full package that integrates AccelDocsTM with the ProvideTM application.  You would

receive ProvideTM, AccelDocsTM, recommended scanning device and software, customer support, hands-on

implementation, and training.
