ProvideTM

ProvideTM is an application used to view all of the information collected through the AccelTrakTM work reporting systems.  There are several ways for field based employees to report work:  One is by the phone system, another is the web based application. 

ProvideTM enables supervisors to manage all consumer and employee personal information, view work reported by employees, process notices of actions, and attach documents.  Supervisors are also given the ability to plan and schedule work for employees based on consumer specific authorizations. 

The main feature of ProvideTM is the Work Report tool, which generates billing and payroll information based on what employees have been submitting. 

 

 

 

Integrate with AccelDocsTM

  • Integrate ProvideTM and AccelDocsTM to be able to link document information.  AccelDocsTM is an application designed to scan, view, and integrate consumer and/or employee document information.  You would receive ProvideTM, AccelDocsTM, recommended scanning device and software, and customer support.
